Deacon exits as middays at Entercom's Hot AC/WZPL (99.5fm, Greenfield). He joins Cumulus' Country/WMDH-FM (102.5fm, New Castle) for mornings, joining Amanda Rollen. "Nash Mornings, now with Deacon and Amanda" airs weekdays from 5am until 10am.

After two years, Meghan Schiller exits as a reporter at Weigel Broadcasting's ABC affiliate WBND-LD (Channel 57, South Bend). Ms. Schiller joins WJCL-TV in Savannah, Georgia as weekend anchor and weekday reporter.

Purdue University's NPR-News-Jazz/WBAA and NPR-Classical-News/WBAA-FM (920am, 101.3fm; both West Lafayette) name Stan Jastrzebski as News Director. Mr. Jastrzebski last worked in Tallahassee, Florida, as News Director at WFSU-FM. Before moving to Florida, Mr. Jastrzebski also worked as as News Director at Indiana University's NPR-Classical-News-Talk/WFIU (103.7fm, Bloomington).

Hoosier Ag Today welcomes Ryan Martin as Chief Meteorologist. Mr. Martin worked in radio (2 years at WBTU) and TV (3 years at then-WKJG) before moving to the Mid America Ag Network in 2001. Along the way, Mr. Martin became an agricultural commodity broker and returned to the Hoosier state. He started yesterday with Hoosier Ag Today, producing weather content for affiliates and online. In 2015, Hoosier Ag Today will also offer several new weather radio programs to affiliates, along with expanded weather content across multiple platforms.

New call letters for LPFM Construction Permits: Mark down WSHT-LP (100.1fm, Indianapolis). WSHT will put a 100 watt signal on the air from a transmitter site on West 42nd Street, southwest of the Cumulus' Classic Hits/WJJK (104.5fm, Noblesville) tower.

Broadcast Engineer (Support Staff)

Vincennes University is seeking applicants for the support staff position of Broadcast Engineer. This position reports to the Director of Engineering and Director of Operations for WVUT & WVUB. The position is responsible for on-air quality control, end user technical support and equipment installation and maintenance/repair in a state-of-the-art broadcast/media environment. This is a full-time support staff position with benefits. Standard schedule is Mondaythrough Friday, 2nd Shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Set up, operate, and maintain radio and television broadcast equipment

* Installation and wiring of broadcast and IT based broadcast systems

* Provide quality services to all departments within Vincennes University's Electronic Media

* Provide Emergency service as required to restore broadcast operations.

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds with reaching overhead, bending and twisting

* Must hold a valid driver's license

Required Qualifications:

* Associates Degree in Electronics, IT, Broadcasting, or related field

* Prior audio and video or electronics experience

* Ability to use common broadcast equipment

* Working knowledge of computer systems and networking

Desired Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of general work experience in a broadcast environment

* Have knowledge of digital and high definition studio equipment, ENG & EFP cameras and gear

* Excellent customer service skills with attention to details

* Have experience working with remote broadcast equipment

* Have knowledge in broadcast RF transmission equipment
