Northeast

Homestead High School station WCYT (91.1fm, Lafayette Township) wants to increase the power and move their antenna to a tower on the Lincoln Meadows Elementary School campus, northwest of their current tower site: A shared tower near I-69 on the south west side of Fort Wayne. This power increase would take "The Point 91FM" from 125 watts to 1500 watts.

Northcentral

Gray Television's NBC affiliate/WNDU-TV (Channel 16, South Bend) Sports Director Angelo Di Carlo exits after 11 years with "WNDU 16", and weekend evening anchor Joel Porter also exits and joins WHNT-TV in Huntsville, Alabama as a reporter.

Northwest

33 years ago, Tom Jurek owned WLQI (97.7fm, Rensselaer) and hired a Specs Howard graduate named Bob Burt as his new night guy. In the late 1980s, Mr. Burt did middays for sister WRIN (1560am, Rensselaer), and returned to mornings on WLQI. Mr. Burt will do his last morning show tomorrow (April 6), then move to Michigan and join iHeart's Total Traffic in Southfield.

Star City Broadcasting's Country/WYCM (95.7fm, Attica) rebrands from "Your Country 95.7" to "Y95." No other changes announced.

CSN International takes their Lafayette translator W292EM (106.3fm) silent, because of interference complaints by Forcht Broadcasting's Country/WCDQ (106.3fm, Crawfordsville). Earlier this year, W292EM filed an FCC application to move frequencies to 103.5fm. The FCC dismissed this application, as it's a major change.

Central

Tribune Broadcasting's CBS affiliate WTTV-TV (Channel 4, Bloomington)/WTTK-TV (Channel 29, Kokomo) welcomes Star Derry as "CBS4 This Morning" meteorologist. Ms. Derry last worked as a meteorologist at WKOW-TV in Madison, Wisconsin.

Southcentral

Hoosier Public Radio Corporation will donate their Religious/WTRE-FM (89.9fm, Greensburg) and Religious/WHUZ (88.5fm, Cole) to New Beginnings Movement.

Southwest

Arden Gregory joins NBC affiliate WFIE-TV (Channel 14, Evansville) as their weekend meteorologist. Ms. Gregory last worked at WYMT-TV in Hazard, Kentucky.
