Frank Rush exits as PD of Midwest Communications' N-T/WIBQ (1230am, Terre Haute also heard on translator W260BZ (97.9fm, Terre Haute) and WBOW(AM) (1440am, Paris, Illinois). Mr. Rush produced local news content for all of Midwest's Terre Haute radio stations. In Terre Haute, Midwest also works with Nexstar NBC affiliate WTWO-TV (Channel 2, Terre Haute) and Mission Broadcasting ABC affiliate WAWV (Channel 38, Terre Haute), although WTWO/WAWV GM Tim Sturgess tells Mr. Taylor that there's "no formal partnership in place."
