Company History

Old Northwest Broadcasting, Inc. was founded in 1993 when it purchased WAOV Vincennes, IN and WRTB (now WWBL) in Washington, IN. The stockholders (Mark Lange, Saundra Lange, Dave Crooks, and Kim Crooks) each held 25% of the company. Old Northwest Broadcasting purchased the stock of Dave Crooks and Kim Crooks on December 31, 1999, following the Crooks' divorce.
