WGGR-FM

WGGR changed calls to WBKS in August 1998. ABC Radio Networks' "The Touch" (Urban AC) satellite format affiliate. Studios located at 6264 La Pas Trail, Indianapolis, IN 46268-2509. WGGR became WBKS in August 1998.

WBKS-FM

Studios located at 6264 La Pas Trail, Indianapolis, IN 46268-2509. Owned by IBL, LLC. In August 1998, WBKS began playing a Rhytmic Oldies ("Classic Soul And Jam'n Hits") format. In March 2000, Shirk, Inc. sold WBKS (along with its sister stations) to Radio One, Inc. for $40 million. Station website was http://www.wbksradio.com.

WTLC-FM

Before 106.7fm, WTLC-FM was on 105.7fm. WTLC's call letters stand for "With Tender Loving Care." In November 1997, Emmis Communications Corp. purchased both WTLC(AM) and WTLC-FM from Panache Broadcasting, L.P. Studios formerly located at 2126 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46202. In January 2001, Radio One purchased WTLC(AM) and the intellectual property of WTLC-FM.
