1180am signed on March 5, 1984. WGAB(AM) flipped formats from sports (One-on-One Network) to standards (JSN's "Music of Your Life") in March 1999. Formerly owned by Newburgh Broadcasting Corp. Studios formerly located at South Boeke Road, Evansville, IN 47714-4933. WGAB once had a former FM sister station: WSYZ on 106.1fm.
