Formerly owned by The Paris Broadcasting Corporation.. WPRS was an ABC (Entertainment) Network affiliate. In September 2005, P.R.S. Broadcasting, Inc. sold WPRS for $2.5 million (along with WIBQ-FM) to to Midwest Communications, Inc.. WPRS flipped formats from News/Talk to Country in 2010.
