Hoosier Broadcasting Corp. sells its WIRE (91.1fm, Lebanon) for $205,000 to Frankfort-based Community Radio Broadcasters, headed by former Indianapolis broadcaster Brent Lee.
The website Chicagoland Radio and Media reports that John Monds joins for nights at Radio One's Urban AC/WTLC-FM (106.7fm, Greenwood). Mr. Monds also helms the afternoon air chair at WMMJ-FM in Washington, DC.
New call letters for LPFM Construction Permits: Mark down WEWP-LP (92.7fm, Indianapolis).
Where Are They Now? Former WTHI-TV co-anchor Caryn Mathes is now president and GM at KUOW in Seattle, Washington.
