Last Tuesday, a new format debuted on MyStar's Standards/WMYS (1430am, Indianapolis), as it flips format to News-Talk as WXNT. Jerry Baker (afternoons at WMYS) has exited. According to The Indianapolis Star's Marc Allan,
Baker, a former play-by-play man for the NBA's Indiana Pacers, had worked at WMYS for the past 3 years.
Finally, the station rolls out a new website at http://www.newstalk1430.com

Marty Pieratt swaps Hot AC/WWWY (104.9fm, Columbus) with White River Broadcasting. In return, Pieratt gets Talk/WNVI (1460am, North Vernon). No financial terms announced. On the programming side, WNVI drops its simulcast with WCSI
(1010am, Columbus) for an adult standards format. More on this story in the coming weeks.
