Northcentral

After almost two years, Camellia Pflum exits as GM of Hoosier AM/FM's Kokomo and Marion radio stations.

In Kokomo, Steve La Mar returns as GM for AC/WZWZ (92.5fm, Kokomo), Sports/WIOU (1350am, Kokomo), and Rock/WMYK (98.5fm, Peru).

Northwest

Where Are They Now? Former WAZY MD/Nights Joe Blum will become late nights and music coordinator at New York City's legendary Z100 (WHTZ, 100.3fm), effective January 9, 2017.

Gary Hispanic Community Radio's LPFM CP now has call letters: Meet WGHU-LP (97.5fm, Gary).

Eastcentral

With the exit of Camellia Pflum as GM of Hoosier AM/FM's Marion radio stations, GSM Joel Pyle becomes GM at Talk/WBAT (1400am, Marion), Sports/WMRI (860am, Marion), Hot AC/WXXC (106.9fm, Marion), and Country/WCJC (99.3fm, Van Buren).

Central

Kaspar Broadcasting sells a pair of translators to Radio One for $780,000. 250 watt W232CP (94.3fm, Noblesville) goes for $500,000 and 250 watt W236CR (95.1fm, Frankfort) has a CP to change city of license to Indianapolis. W236CR sells for $280,000. As we understand it, W232CP will rebroadcast Throwback CHR/WNOW-HD2 (100.9fm, Speedway) that's currently heard on Indiana Community Radio Corporation's 250 watt translator W275BD (102.9fm, Greenfield). W236CR will rebroadcast Gospel/ WTLC (1310am, Indianapolis).

Entercom's Sports/WXNT (1430am, Indianapolis) adds "Assembly Call Radio" on Friday evenings from 6pm until 6pm. It's an hour of deep analysis of Indiana University Basketball.

Southeast

Alpha Media's Rhythmic CHR/WGZB-FM (96.5fm, Lanesville) welcomes PD Darrick Williams (nom de air: Darrick Brown). Mr. Williams last programmed for Radio One at WPPZ and WRNB, both in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Williams will also program WMJM, licensed to Louisville, Kentucky.

Southwest

The Original Company, Inc. flips formats on their Classic Country/WRCY (1590am, Mount Vernon) and Classic Hits/WYFX (106.7fm, Mount Vernon) to FOX Sports Radio. WYFX's Classic Hits format was a simulcast with sister WJPS (107.1fm, Boonville). The radio stations will split programming for play by play:

WYFX will carry Indianapolis Colts, St. Louis Cardinals, Indiana University Hoosiers and Evansville Mater Dei.

WRCY will carry Purdue University Boilermakers and Mount Vernon sports.

The radio stations will divvy up Indiana Pacers basketball.
