100.1fm went silent, but signed back on July 15, 1974 as WLKI. The station celebrated its 30th anniversary in July 2004. In April 2008, Lake Cities Broadcasting Corp. sold WLKI and its sister stations to Swick Broadcasting Corp. for $3.8 million (for all five stations).
