Formerly owned by The Paris Broadcasting Corporation. Also owned by P.R.S. Broadcasting, Inc. WACF aired a country and western music format. In September 2005, P.R.S. Broadcasting, Inc. sold WACF and WPRS(AM) for $2.5 million to Midwest Communications, Inc.
