WJAK(AM)

WJAK signed on in 1931, and shared time with WLBC(AM).

WTRC(AM)

WTRC formerly had studios at the Hotel Elkhart, located at Main St. and Marion St. in Elkhart. Studios later located at 116 S. Second St., Elkhart. Studios also formerly located at 58096 County Road 7 South, Elkhart, IN 46517-9223. February 25, 2000 marked the final day for "Sound Off", a local talkshow hosted by Allen Strike. In April 2000, WTRC(AM) flips formats from Westwood One's "MOR" format to ABC's "Lite 2000" format. On June 18, 2001, WTRC brought a new solid state Harris transmitter online at 7:15am. In 2009, WTRC flips formats from ABC's "Lite 2000" format to Oldies, as "Hippie Radio 1340." On Monday May 10, 2010, WTRC flipped formats from Oldies ("Hippie Radio 1340") to News, as "Michiana's News Channel" under PD/News Director Jon Zimney.
