Station History

WMHD-FM

90.5fm signed on in 1981, the replacement for carrier-current WRTR(AM). In January 2003, they moved from 90.5fm (160 watts @ 79 feet) to 90.7fm at their current 1400 watts. Studios located on the campus of Rose-Hulman, 5500 Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, IN 47803-3999. In June 2014, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology sold WMHD-FM for $16,465 to Indiana State University)
