Country format (http://www.sunny959.com). Studios located at 700 Walnut Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807-3736 (Telephone: 812.235.9668). Sold by Hester Broadcasting Corp. to Bright Tower Communications, Inc. in June 1999 for $665,000 plus a $250,000 consulting agreement.

WWSY-FM

Bright Tower changed the calls from WTHC to WWSY in November 1999. On Friday March 8, 2002 at Noon, WWSY flipped formats from AC to Hot AC, as "Y-96 Energy Radio." Bright Tower Communications, Inc. sold WWSY to Midwest Communications in March 2005 (along with sister WMGI) for $3.39 million. They used this website address: http://www.959thevalley.com. Crossroads Communications, Inc. sold the station to Midwest Communications in 2012. After the two companies agreed on an LMA, WWSY switched formats from Adult Hits to Alternative (and call letters to WXXR) at Midnight on June 14, 2012.

Alternative format. Flipped formats to Country and Western, and call letters to WDKE on May 23, 2014 shortly after Noon.
